size? Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this prize draw you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. We, JD Sports Fashion plc t/a size? (“size?”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. size? is the promoter of this prize draw.

This prize draw is not affiliated or endorsed with Instagram.

1. What can you win?

There will be one (1) winner who will win five (5) items of their choosing as further detailed below. Size? are collaborating with Sofia Coelho (social media handle: @sofiamcoelho) for this prize draw and Sofia Coelho will promote the prize draw on her Instagram. The five (5) items shall comprise of:

• One (1) top in their chosen size;
• One (1) hoodie;
• One (1) pair of trousers in their chosen size;
• One (1) pair of shoes in their chosen size; and
• One (1) accessory,

(together, the “Prize“).

All elements of the Prize must be in stock on the Size? website as of the Closing Date.

The available sizes range from 3.5 - 12 for footwear & XS - XL for apparel. The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Prize is subject to size? being able to contact the winner and confirm eligibility. size? has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of size?. size? shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), size? is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. size? reserves the right to cancel the prize draw and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

size? will arrange for delivery to one Portuguese address. It is the winner's responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

• aged 18 years or over as of the date of entry;
• a resident of Portugal; and
• have an active Instagram account.

size? reserves the right to ask the winner to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. size? reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

Entrants can enter the prize draw by:

1. Liking the competition post on Instagram (the “Post”). The Post will contain the following caption: “Competition time! Want to head into the new year with a fresh outfit? Today is your lucky day! We've teamed up with @sofiamcoelho to give you a full outfit of your choice. You'll be able to win: - 1x top - 1x hoodie - 1x pair of trousers - 1x pair of shoes - 1x accessory. Want to enter? The rules are simple: - Like this post - Follow @sizeofficial & @sofiamcoelho - Comment below what you'd like to win. Competition ends Monday 13th January 2025. Good luck! *T&Cs apply.” and the Post will be uploaded to size?'s Instagram on Thursday 9th January 2025;
2. Following @sizeofficial & @sofiamcoelho on Instagram (and remaining as a follower on the date the winner is selected); and
3. Post a comment in the comments stating what you would like to win.

Internet service providers' fees may apply when accessing the internet. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

Participation is unlimited. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. Opening and Closing Times

The prize draw will commence on Thursday 9th January 2025 at 10:00am (Portuguese time) and will end on Monday 13th January at 23:59pm (Portuguese time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

6. How is the winner selected?

The winner is selected by an electronic random name generator and contacted via Instagram from @sizeofficial only. The decision of size? is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (other than with the winner themselves). The winner will be notified via @sizeofficial on Instagram and will have 48 hours to respond and accept the Prize. The winner will have to provide a Portuguese delivery address and size? will send the Prize to the provided address.

In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours, size? reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

7. Winner's Responsibilities

It is the winner's responsibility to (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, (ii) complete all stages of the How to enter section above and present evidence of such completion to size? if requested; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the prize draw; (v) adhere to local laws in the Portugal (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. size? will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

8. Personal information

9. Publicity

By taking part in the prize draw, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at size?'s request if they are a winner of the prize draw. Entrants agree that size? (or any third party nominated by size?) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future prize draw, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants' consent.

size? reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.

10. Which law applies to this prize draw

This prize draw is governed by the law of Portugal and the participants of the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Portugal.
