International delivery prices vary; Orders may be subject to customs duty. If delivery is to an address in the EU and under €150, then taxes and duties will be settled on your behalf with our courier. If delivery is over €150 or to an address outside the EU, you may be charged taxes or duties on import into the destination country – we recommend you contact your local customs authority to understand the potential costs prior to placing an order.
How can I return my order?
Online returns - Free option available
Register your return below - no need for a printer!
We understand you might need a little more time over the festive period to return items to us. From Friday 1st November 2024 to Wednesday 22nd January 2025 our refund and exchange policy will be relaxed so that refunds and exchanges will be given at anytime* during this period as long as the goods are accompanied with a valid receipt. All other terms and conditions apply.
*Please note that in the interest of customer service, we are unable to process refunds and exchanges between Thursday 26th December and Saturday 28th December 2024. The refunds & exchange policy will resume as normal on Sunday 29th December 2024. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once we receive it back in our warehouse. Once refunded it will show in your account within 3-5 days. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more details.

Simply follow the link to the returns portal to have your parcel collected from the comfort of your own home, or drop off at your nearest available ParcelShop.
To drop off at ParcelShop you can either print your returns label at home, or generate a QR code and print a label in store.
Just follow these simple steps:
- Re-pack your items and include the returns form provided
- Find your nearest ParcelShop drop off point by clicking here
- Select your preferred returns options (print your label at home, or generate a QR code to print your label in store)
- Once you’ve processed your return, you’re ready to drop your parcel at your nearest ParcelShop
- Keep hold of your proof of postage. We’ll email you when we receive the returned item/s
RETURNS WITH ROYAL MAIL
No printer required.
Simply create and take your QR code to your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point, Post Office branch or Collect+ location.
Scan your QR code and print the label.
Then simply fix and drop off your parcel.
You also have the option of using the Bring My Label service, whereby you can book a collection online and choose for your postal worker to bring your labels to you. If no one is going to be available when the item is collected you can choose to leave your parcel in your nominated Safeplace.
Can I Return an In-Store Purchase?
If you need to return an item purchased in-store and you are unable to reach one of our stores please message our team at customer.service@size.co.uk.
Please attach images of the items you want to return along with an image of the receipt showing the amount paid, including the items purchased. We can then advise you on the next steps.

You’re welcome to return your items but unfortunately we do not offer free returns. In order to process your refund please send your items back to us using the returns address below within 28 days for a refund. Make sure goods are returned by recorded delivery or courier, and retain proof of postage to ensure we receive your unwanted products as efficiently as possible. Please also note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return, and any returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.
