By taking part in this prize draw, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. JD Sports Fashion plc t/a size? (“JD”) recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. JD is the promoter of this prize draw.

1. What can you win?

There will be one (1) winner who will win:

• One (1) custom 1600mm x 1300mm Home Grown Rug as displayed in the Instagram prize draw post (the “Post”).

The Prize is subject to availability. The Prize is subject to JD being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the prize draw and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

JD will arrange for delivery to one UK address. It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

• aged 18 years or over on the date of entry;
• a resident of England, Scotland or Wales; and

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx , or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The prize draw starts on 15/05/2026 at 9:00am (UK time) and ends on 22/05/2026 at 23:59pm (UK Time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

Entrants can enter the prize draw by:

1. Follow @homegrown on Instagram (and be following when the winner is selected)
2. Like the Post on Instagram
3. Tag 3 friends in the comments of the Post

No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

Participation is limited to one entry per person only. If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. How are winners selected?

All valid entries will be entered into JD’s social media management tool which will export the entries. An electronic random name generator will be used to select the winner. The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram by the @homegrown account on 23/05/2026 and must respond within 96 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize and provide the following information for delivery purposes:

• Full name
• Address
• Postcode

If the winner does not accept the Prize within 96 hours, JD reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age; and (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

The winner’s personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize and for JD to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winners.

7. Which law applies to this prize draw?

This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

8. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
